The Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea presents “Oltre il visibile” (Beyond the Visible), an exhibition curated by Valentina Fiore dedicated to the work of Giorgio De Chirico.

The exhibition, running from 15 March to 30 June 2026, brings together over 50 works from the MAXXI, the Fondazione De Chirico, and private collections. The catalogue, published by Electa, includes essays by art critic Achille Bonito Oliva and art historian Maurizio Calvesi.

The show spans works from the Metaphysical Painting period through the Transavanguardia years, with particular attention to the site-specific installations created for the 1986 Venice Biennale.
